Staff were very helpful, despite being busy and having staff off sick.

Sent the wrong rug, now fighting for a refund. Terrible customer care, after numerous phone calls, still no sign of a refund. I'll never use this company again.

Last Saturday, I made a quick stop at Aivly, a store I hadn't visited in some time. To say I was impressed by the new look of the place would be an understatement. But what really struck me was the level of expertise demonstrated by the young lady who assisted me. She answered my questions with ease and offered thoughtful suggestions, making it clear that she knows her stuff. It's rare to encounter such knowledgeable and helpful staff these days, and it's clear that Aivly has a real gem on their hands. Overall, my experience at Aivly was top-notch, and I can't wait to return again soon.

Popped in to look for some new wellies - service great, they took their time and sorted me out. Priced matched the price - wasn't expecting this so all credit to them. But the most important bit was when I was trying pay. I was having lots of trouble sorting this but Rachel went over and above helping me whilst I was ably entertained (sorry didn't get your names) by two young ladies on the till. Cannot thank them enough and cannot recommend Aivly enough for all your equestrian requirements. Just pop into have a look , you never know. What a shop and what a great experience.

Fantastic selection of items for pets. I bought a dog lead and a dog bed. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Used Click and Collect here. Great service and really good prices. Order was available 30 minutes after placing my order. Wil use again to get layers pellets and other feed for my chickens

we visited as we were on holiday and I'd definitely visit again. The staff were fantastic very helpful. They had loads of special offers and a variety of items. A very big selection of lemieux clothing which was great to see. The supervisor in the store that day was so funny and so helpful taking her time to help us with sizing for boots for our daughter. Also, on site there is a cafe so if you feel a little hungry you can top up for your energy levels.

We went for a body protector fitting and we’re blown away with the professionalism and knowledge on fit, sizes and brands. The fit and comfort of my daughter was priority and staff methodically worked to find the perfect body protector and it was checked and checked again by two further staff members. We then decided we really should have a proper hat fitting too rather than borrowing one. By this time my autistic daughter was finding it hard with sensory overload, I mentioned it to a staff member who had personal experience with an autistic person and could totally empathise and understand my daughters difficulties. Which helped with finding a lighter style, having breaks and letting my daughter have time to decide what suited her best. We were both super grateful for the time, effort, general loveliness of all staff and the icing on the cake was a staff member with excellent understanding of autism and I believe she went above and beyond to accommodate my daughters needs. I’m truly grateful my daughter had such a positive experience and we will be back for sure. A heartfelt thank you.

Fantastic range of equestrian tack, clothing, boots, protective gear, animal and pet foodstuffs and feeders,, animal toys, beds, leads, harnesses etc. You name it and they seem to have it. Very helpful friendly staff.
