I attended a 'Train the Virtual Trainer' event in February 2022. It was very well run by Helen and Tia. The class size (7?) was ideal for interaction and opportunity to ask questions. The Staff Representative Training, which Jaluch delivered was excellent! The trainer created an environment where everyone felt comfortable and the delegates felt like they took something positive away from the day. There was a good mix of interactive activities and in particular the icebreakers were spot on. The only constructive comment is that the day wasn’t long enough and we ran out of time but otherwise we were really happy with the trainer and the course itself.
