Visited for the soft play and my daughter had a great time, her favorite part was the ball cannons. Food at the cafe was good. The staff were lovely.

This review is for the soft play. It is not worth the money and is not safe if you have a child under 3. While it is advertised that they have facilities for under 3s, the area is very small. Also, there is no staff attendant to help enforce the age restrictions. While we were there our 2 year old was repeatedly shoved and knocked by older kids running through the under 3 section, while their parents looked on.

Great facilities and fab classes (you do need to be on the ball re booking for some of them lol). The sauna & steam rooms are so relaxing. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Reasonable prices. So, definitely 5/5 from me.

Visited the centre yesterday. I very impressed with the facility having being shown around by Aaron the duty manager. First i would like to congratulate you on outstanding pool water quality (i have worked in similar facilities for 54 years and a current member of PWTAG and CIMSPA). Staff obviously take a great pride in keeping the centre immaculate and it was nice to see staff smiling and being very helpful. Thank you and keep up the good work team.

A great place, clean and tidy . My 18 month old grandson thoroughly enjoyed his time in soft play whilst visiting his great grandad nearby

Soft play security! Be prepared to follow your little one around. They could escape and potentially get outside! 4 months ago we were told this was a fire escape which was under review. Looks as if it wasn’t resolved.
1) security gate at main soft play entrance not working (opens freely).
(Update: I discussed with on duty manager and the explanation was “we encourage parents to close the gates”, “we check them hourly”. When I left, all gates were open (no self closing mechanism).
2) little ones (eg 3 year old) can leave the main “secured” soft play area, through the “over 3s area” and exit to the cafe where they can go down the stairs to the exit!

Great softplay. A bit small, very suitable for new walkers and toddlers. Perfect for U5. Always clean and staff are very friendly and polite.
