Ambassador Pools supplied our family with a new spa pool this summer (2023), their product knowledge and service was brilliant, when delivered the team were very pleasant, and nothing was to much trouble. Highly recommend

I have experienced excellent service from this company. I needed a new heating boiler for my pool and contacted the Park Gate office, and Mike sourced the correct boiler for my needs which was delivered from the Southampton branch , he also recommended an excellent gas engineer to fit it, also giving advice on pool water testing etc. I now have a lovely functioning pool Many thanks to all concerned Zoe

Really poor customer service. Following a recent service and change of parts within the filter, which we were told was necessary to resolve a problem, the engineer on the day said there was no actual problems with it but thought he would do the work anyway. Following that visit there was a leak on the filter which we emailed asking for it to be fixed before we paid the bill, we had no response to 2 emails sent. But a month later received chasing emails to pay the bill and we had to forward our complaint, to which they said to fix it we would need to change the seal (common requirement they said when doing work on the filter but wasn't something they thought to do at the time) and we would have to pay another minimum hour labour charge plus travel for them to come and fix it. On another occasion we had been quoted one price and then a different and higher price for a part was put on invoice. Extremely disappointed by this company and will not be using again.

I had a liner replaced by ambassador some years ago and have some issues. Their service is appalling. They refused to come and inspect the liner and discuss the issue without me paying an extortionate fee for a brief visit to re-site part of the liner. During this visit they told the issue was with the screed. This was not mentioned as an issue when they fitted the liner. Had they agreed to visit when I first had an issue this all could have been resolved, This is not the level of service I would expect and has left me with the opinion that they are rather more interested in money than customer service. I will not be using them again and would advise others not top,

I have purchased a new liner and a new heat pump for my pool. Verdun and Richard have been excellent and have given fantastic advice and back up service. The staff that fitted my liner and heat pump were also very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this company for value for money and great service. Well done and thank you

Top quality recent pool refurbishment by Ambassador pools. Verdun has been helping me with the pool on and off for 23 years. During this time his advice has been friendly and helpful. During our recent complete refurbishment Verdun and the team have been amazing, top quality advice and service. We are very pleased with the rebuild, completed on time, to budget by an friendly team led by Verdun, who was ever present to oversee the work.

We found Ambassador Pools to be really helpful and professional from the first site visit, helping us decide what would work best in our difficult, sloping plot and working with our builders to give us the pool of our dreams. The end result is fabulous and we would highly recommend Ambassador. They don't forget you once the pool is built either and have been really helpful to a pair of pool newbies. 10 out of 10.

What a fantastic experience with the team at Ambassador Pools. We were interested in putting an outdoor pool in, but had no idea of the potential cost or what was involved. Verdun and the team provided an excellent service - from planning and discussing all the various options (which included me sitting in Verdun's office for about 2 hours while we worked through the whole thing!) through to installing. The team turned up when they said they would, with 5 or 6 people working flat out. Within two weeks we had water in the pool and were swimming, and the project was finished after 3 weeks. After sales service has been excellent - a couple of queries I had about running the pump were answered very quickly. Would have no hesitation in recommending them!

Thank you Verdun for all your help and advice about swim spas. The personal customer service and support after a nightmare start with the Crane company not turning up and all your workers waiting to move a 6 metre swim spa 100 yards down the garden. We thought the day was going to be totally wasted. You were great, sent all the men off somewhere else to work and when the crane arrived you were back with us in 10 minutes and got the spa in situ all before flying off on holiday.
