We were in urgent need of a speedy reply from our Managing Agents to our buyers’ solicitors who were bombarding us with enquiries on the sale of our apartment in Poole. We have all heard nightmare stories of managing agents taking weeks/months to answer but not Evolve. The enquiries were emailed to their office in Ringwood on Monday morning with answers e mailed to the solicitors by lunchtime the same day! Marvellous. Worries over - but not quite, The next day yet more enquiries, albeit only a few, but again Evolve were up to the challenge with all answers returned within one hour! Our sale and purchase went ahead we were able to exchange without further problems thanks in no small part to the professional, rapid responses by the team at Evolve, especially Sarah Belsham and Ben Hume. If you are looking for new managing agents for your block look not further - Evolve Block & Estate Management are wonderful.

Evolve held a Client Event on 22 Feb 2022. It was well run with a good speaker. The topics covered the new leasehold legislation and the new fire safety bill. I found the evening very useful. It was also nice to meet other leaseholders and the Evolve team in a less formal setting. I look forward to the next one.

I have worked with Evolve as our managing agents for about the last 5 years. I have found them to be very cooperative and supportive, adopting a very flexible approach. They are always happy to help.

I have found this company unhelpful, their service does not seem to be a priority to them.
One of the issues I have had was location of metres for the apartments, they could not tell me as did not know where they were, it turned out they were within the communal areas so would have expected them to know this as the managing agent.
Another issue has been that one member of staff confirmed windows due to be replaced early spring, after completion it seems this was inaccurate, I will now have to arrange and pay for these myself, there are 6 windows in the apartment, I have had 1 quote so far £2,089.72 for just one of the windows as it is timber and single glazed.
I have gone through the complaints procedure after the poor service & scare tactics; including shouting, swearing & intimidation to get me to remove my Google review (for legal reasons please note I do not have recorded evidence of this).
I wonder how many clients they have threatened legal action with to silence them on bad service.

Recently moved into a block managed by Evolve. Left two messages on different days and have been promised a call back twice. 4 days later and still no-one has called me back. Worst customer service ever!!!!

Having done business with a number of managing agents in the past I would say that Evolve are the best I've encountered. Ben and his team are knowledgeable, professional and always very helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Having worked with Ben Hume at Evolve on a number of residential blocks I have found Ben and the team to be extremely helpful and responsive.
I also find that they strive to secure best value for the lessees and tenants of the blocks they manage. Recommended!
