Terrific customer service. Polite and friendly. I had to get to my urgent NHS shift and my car issue was sorted so quickly and kindly. Easy access to garage and v professional.

I was really impressed with the service and extras done at Wells Garage. They kept me informed of what was going on throughout the day, they gave me great prices on items that needed replacing (I checked), they had my car ready on time as promised and they were also a very friendly team. Great garage! I booked my Audi in for a service and MOT - the team couldn't have been more helpful. They spoke to me in language I understand (I'll hold my hands up to nothing about cars!) I felt well looked after and works were completed at a reasonable price and in the time frame they specified. Highly recommend Wells Garage.

Good service but was told £45 for an mot over the phone and came to pay after the test and was charged top wack of £54.95. Probably won't use them again after that.
