Went in 3 wishes to buy Jelly cat that was priced at £20 - got to the till and it scanned at £25 the lady didn’t know how to override the price so phoned her boss who told her I have to pay £25 even though all the others were priced at £20. The lady behind the till (grey hair, glasses) was so rude to me said well you have to pay the price it’s coming up at, nothing we can do. They lost a sale and also a customer - I will never be returning to this shop the most rude, inconsiderate lady behind the till. Judging by the other reviews this place is seriously going down hill. STAY AWAY

Can’t understand the reviews I’ve read about 3 wishes. I have been using them regularly for years and have always found them very helpful and friendly. Always find time to have a chat when I’m shopping there. Great selection of cards and gifts. Will continue to visit weekly.

I purchased a Mothers Day balloon on Friday and by Mothers Day, only 2 days later, it had already started to deflate! I doubt if I will shop in there again fir this reason! There was also no bags available to place the balloon inside and no choices given regarding ribbon colour or weight. Shame Celebrations shop closed as will now need to shop outside of Ringwood.

VERY RUDE! Popped in as we were visiting the area on Saturday 2nd of Decembers we had two children with us one was 2 and one was 10. We were browsing the store and our 10 year old picked up a card he wanted to purchase for his nans upcoming birthday. Our 2 year old picked up a jelly cat stuffed toy which we said we would purchase. As we walked to the till- the 2 year old holding onto his new friend- the shop assistant stormed over to him and snatched the toy out of his hand- terrifying him- she made a remark about children being welcome but 'it's putting stuff back' I informed her I was about to purchase the stuffed toy along with some bath bombs I had in hand. However the way this assistant (who was an older lady with short grey hair) I put bath bombs on the till and walked out informing her she needed to learn some customer service skills. Stay away- wouldn't give them a penny!

I came on here to see other people’s opinion of the store, I’m glad to see I’m not the only one who felt the staff were rude. As others, the policy is everyone must wear masks, which is fine. But the staff are clearly using this as a little power trip as they come rushing over and talk to you like a child. After asking if I want to buy a mask (which I refused) I was told to leave the store when I had the items in hand to buy. I have no issues wearing a mask, but when you are running a small business you need to seriously think about how you communicate with potential paying customers. Maybe it’s time the arrogant staff had some training on how to speak to people politely !!!!!!!!

Was about to buy three jellycat toys after being in the shop ten minutes and was confronted by a staff member asking if i would wear a mask. I explained it is no longer law and was told its was the policy of the shop. Fine so where had she been all the time i was looking around. Why was i not offered a mask as not everyone now carries them. She did not even bother to check that i am actually exempt due to asthma and worst of all my daughter who was so upset at how i was spoken to by this incompetent shop worker. Id say avoid this shop at all costs.

Whist shopping today in the store I was reading the humerous coasters that were by the till and the counter staff who was clearly running late for her break, abruptly and rudely barked at me 'are you actually shopping'. With such lovely stuff in store I was very disappointed in the staff members conduct and i would recommend that some customer service training be invested in....

Very good selection of cards and gifts. Unlike a couple of disparaging commentators here, I have always found the staff obliging and helpful. My one gripe is that the shopfront adds little to the Ringwood street scene. A shop window should be there to show off what's inside and lead one in, not to become a wall behind which to put shelves hidden by garish posterwork. Sadly, Sainsbury's suffers an augmented version of the same problem.
