USP were recommended to me by our neighbours who had used them for a recent extension. From the outset I was hugely impressed with the USP team and their way of working. They guided me through the requirements for the foundations of my extension build including the most cost-effective way to do this. One of the attractions to USP is that they offer both design and install solution, keeping things simple and taking the stress out of this part of any extension build. During the installation itself the on-site team were very professional including respectful of our neighbours (parking, noise etc.) which put our neighbours at ease. Finally, the management team I spoke with, Bhavin and Tim, have provided fantastic customer service, keeping me well informed throughout and helping answer my questions. USP were recommended by our structural engineer who had interacted with them on a previous job. We were looking for a company that could undertake a screwpile solution for a new build and extension. From initial contact, quotation through to completion of works they were a professional team who kept us informed throughout. There were a few challenges along the way (not caused by USP) for which they offered solutions that were both simple to implement and cost effective. Particular thanks to Dan, Jason & Zach. The management team at USP have customer service and a quality outcome at the forefront of their agenda. Tim was always on hand when required or called back in a timely manner. From design to installation the USP team did a great job.

I initially found Ultimate Screw Piling online and my first impression of the professional website was soon confirmed after contacting them. Having not required the services of a screw piling company before I was quickly reassured that I was in good hands with a knowledgeable and organised company. All correspondence from start to finish was quick, clear and helpful and every deadline was met and the work completed to a very high standard in the time frame agreed. The site staff were tidy and professional at all times and went the extra millet work around several onsite challenges. It is also important to mention that we had a serious issue with a lack of cement in the concrete supplied by an independent operator, that has no connection to Ultimate Screw Piling, which meant the re-enforced slab had to be fully removed and replaced. It is often how you deal with issues which sets you apart from others and Ultimate put the wheels in motion the same day that the issue was flagged and worked tirelessly to put things back as they should be. It is sadly, increasingly rare with in the construction industry, that individuals and companies do the right thing especially as in this instance where the blame lay solely at someone else's door. I have already recommended Ultimate and will continue to do so, a pleasure to deal with from start to finish I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you for an excellent job.
