I had high expectations for the class. but I didn't have adequate guidance or patience from the supervisor! who, instead of instructing us, spent the entire tour talking about anything but riding instructions. I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend it!

Anna and the team were lovely particularly Eden who was brilliant at managing the group and we had a great 1.5hr mixed ability hack. My husband and I were able to canter and staff were also able to cater for our daughter who didn’t feel confident to. Fantastic views and an interesting ride which you don’t often get with stables that don’t know you already. Thanks!

A great riding school with lovely horses and professional staff. I went on a 2hr advanced hack. We did a lot of trotting and had several canters. The scenery is beautiful. I rode Lavender who was very well behaved and forward going. I thoroughly enjoyed it in spite of getting a soaking. I have tried other riding schools in the area but Bagnum is by far the best.

We had a brilliant morning with the horses and trainers. There was 6 of us, only one had ridden before. We all learnt how to hack! It was a great experience. Will 100% go again!!

I am 66 and haven't ridden for 5 years so I decided to book the 30 minute walk out, just to get back in the saddle. The yard is well run, horses well looked after, and very friendly staff. I have been around horses for many years and seen many yards. This one is excellent!

Had a fantastic 1 hour hack today with the lovely Eden, who is amazing at what she does! Even though it rained it was still a fab experience and will definitely return when we come back this way! Thank you Eden and everyone at Bagnum for being so welcoming 😁

Was visiting the new forest for a couple of nights and wanted to do a horse ride as a family. Was recommended Bagnum and they were very helpful. Having very minimal experience horse riding we were given instructions and had 3 helpers ride with us which made it even nicer just being us! Alex was our guide and she was lovely - made us at ease and even got us trotting (faster than you expect) we had a great time - only negative is not being able to walk properly for a few days after … what a workout an Hour hack is !! Thanks again and would say choose bagnum for a new forest hack experience

We booked an hour hack for the morning. We unfortunately had a misshap when camping and got stuck in the mud meaning we were half an hour late for the booking. They were very accommodating when we explained the situation, they managed to shuffle things around and get us on a different hack a little later. Of course they might not of been able to do this if we had booked another day which was fully booked and they were super busy. We were lucky it was on a day they were able to make changes. Very appreciative of this ! The hack itself was lovely, they accommodate for different abilities. The staff riding out with us were friendly. The horses were well behaved. The only thing I wasn’t keen on was with the mixed abilities… my partner is a complete novice and I’ve ridden for years with my own horses, advanced riders are given the option to go for a canter, if I would’ve chosen to go for a canter.. that group goes off somewhere else away from the rest of the group (novices) and don’t join back on again, which is a shame if you’ve gone for as a couple and get split up for half the hack. Can’t recommend enough!! the first time that I visit BAGNUM was back in 2017 and it has been my favourite equestrian centre ever since! Staff are extremely professional, helpful , friendly and of course more importantly the horses are amazing 🐎🐎❤️🍃🍃

Absolutely wonderful experience! The staff are really lovely and friendly, we were welcomed straight away. My daughter was on a lovely horse called Red and she has such a good time. The first ride was with two beginners but even so she got to canter a bit as she is an experienced rider. Second hack was just as great with lots of canters. The ride left on time and arrived back on time and was perfect. 10 out of 10 experience and we will definitely return could not recommend highly enough. Thank you 😊
