My lad recently began training at RKO...he loves it. No nonsense high quality coaching and a lovely club culture.

My daughter has just started and was able to get stuck in straight away which she loved. The classes are fun and high energy with loads of encouragement. Liz is inspirational and a great role model

RKO is a great club to train at. I have learnt so much from it and I can see my self getting better each week. The atmosphere is great and I love training there. I really recommend coming to this club.

What a great club for teaching children and adults. Elizabeth is a committed coach and a current Team GB fighter. She is also ranked number one in the world in Wako as veteran female fighter in her category. My children have grown in confidence under her supervision and training. Both my children Maggie and Robbie Brown have won many National tournaments under her tuition and they have really benefitted from their regular training and one to one sessions with her. Last year Maggie was British Champion with RKO. This year both Maggie and Robbie are leading their categories in the Cimac Super League and the GB Grand Slam leagues. I can’t recommend RKO enough and we are truly blessed to be at the club.

Liz teaches my son who is visually impaired and my daughter kickboxing. Both children love the class and I can see their confidence growing. I attend the Body Blitz class, it is a great class for all abilities, it works all areas, plus we all have fun working out.
