Very experienced staff talk to you in a normal way. Very friendly and helpful. We had a lot of fun discussing guitar straps and they were really good at adding in extra stories and advice on everything you could possibly want to know about guitars.

I always like visiting this shop, as I love all three of the men who work here and marvel at their array of lovely guitars and amps and pedals. They're fun, knowledgeable, experienced, and helpful in my many years of knowing them. I'm too short on cash to buy the things I want, but one of the kind owners helped my plight by donating a guitar lead to the cause. This made me exceptionally happy, and I walked home in the sun on a beautiful November day with a huge wealth of appreciation and thanks for excellent customer service, and a real 'care in the community' approach to rock legends like me who can't sing or play any instruments well enough. I often have a good chat with Alistair when he's there too, and he has a winning sense of humour, so I automatically like him for that alone. The shop is better, for me, than the band Oasis. I would shop at Oasis living in this urban oasis before I ever go to an Oasis gig. But that's just me. I'm more of a Red Hot Chili Pepper fan. I hope that's okay with everyone. Thank you Oasis! My second trip to Oasis, the first several years ago, where they thrust some amazing guitars in my hand just so I could appreciate the different sounds, even though at that time I wasn't buying. The second time a couple of weeks ago, having discussed my budget they suggested a range of great guitars in my budget to try. I came away with a Lakeland and a reasonable part exchange on my old guitar. Great service, no rush from a knowledgeable salesman. I am not the greatest guitarist and never felt belittled or intimidated, while trying out the stock. OK, I may have picked up the guitar cheaper on line, but it would have been a punt in the dark. .

Took my Guild Guitar into Oasis for a bridge repair. The glue had given way and the instrument was not sounding as it should be. Howard did a brilliant repair, (bridge back on as new) put on new strings and set up the guitar. Got home and played it - WOW - sounds the best it has ever been. Well done and thank you Howard. Highly recommend Oasis in Ringwood if you want your guitar maintained.

Good selection of guitars, only went in for electric and acoustic strings. I was pretty impressed with the shop. If I lived nearer it would be a regular stop.

Great shop , plus the staff have a wealth of knowledge and musical connections! I had been looking for a new Eastman mandolin for a while until i found Oasis. They ordered me one in directly from Eastman, fresh out the box never even been touched! Thanks again guys, it plays even better than i thought it would
