Excellent accommodation clean 👌 and spacious quiet location, also good for Stargazing 🔭

We stayed at the Barn which provided good clean. accommodation and well provisioned. Nice rural setting on a working farm. Handy for coast and new forest Helpful friendly hosts in Ian and Abi. Will be returning next year.

We stayed in the Barn with another couple. Ideal with both bedrooms having ensuite facilities. Kitchen and living area both spacious. Outdoor courtyard perfect for lazing away the summer evenings. Great location for beaches and New Forest. Exceptional value for money. Ian & Abi are just perfect hosts.

What a fantastic cottage. We where in the Granary. Bedrooms very big (maybe upgrade double bed to king or larger bed as lots of room to). lovely courtyard to sit in and enjoy the sounds of nature. Also has table football to play and a playing area to kick ball around or play swing ball. Will definitely comeback as owners really friendly and welcoming.

We had a great week at Upper Kingston Farm staying in the Granary cottage. Very good value for money and excellent location for exploring the new forest and also easy drive to beaches.

Fantastic accommodation, set in lovely part of new forest. Spotlessly clean, Ian and Abi great hosts could not do enough to help. Please keep up good work. Will be back very soon.

Just returned from our 3rd stay at The Cottages in a year so that must say something about how wonderful they are! The countryside, the birds, the wildlife, the beaches only just under half an hour away by car. Christchurch is a must if you like swans! Mudeford Beach by boat is amazing, sunshine with an Aperol Spritz heaven. The Cottages are superbly located for easy days out such as Beaulieu Motor Museum, Tall Trees walk through the forest and of course not forgetting the beautiful wild horses of The New Forest. The Cottages are so clean and comfortable, the courtyard for breakfast or evening wine. I hope all that read this do book to stay at Upper Kingston Farm Cottages and I hope you all enjoy your stay as much as we did and do. Until the next time thank you so much xx

Just returned having spent a week in “the Dairy” Beautiful place, very peaceful, everything you need in the accommodation, owners very welcoming. Will definitely visit again.

Beautiful accommodation lovley location spotlessly clean really can't find fault with anything this place has to offer!!! Stopped originally for 4 nights had to extend further 3 nights as it was so enjoyable

"Loved it"! Cleanest accommodation I've stayed in ever since arriving in this country. Spacious. Kitchen has gadgets you never find in other self-catering accommodation. The manager goes out of his way to make life easy for you. HIGHLY recommended.
