Barista & Co Coffee Ltd sell spare parts for their cafetieres, but do not provide any plunger parts. I have lost a nut which is a special shape on a plunger. The picture attached is of another one the same. Customer Service said they would get back to me about where I could get one but did not bother. It would cost £30 to replace the one cup cafetiere. Not impressed. The 3 cup model. Yes, continue to find the part. Barista should have all spare sports available so it's not good that they don't. It's only a little nut, but a particular size and shape that I can't find. Barista does not supply any spare parts for the plunger section, apart from the metal filter which is poor.

I love that this space is in Ringwood. It has such a fresh and sleek energy to it and is such an interesting concept. The café is more of a showroom/ open concept workspace for staff members of the company to work in. the coffee is delightful and the staff who made my coffee was the sweetest human being. Great coffee and looks like some great products! Would love to make this a regular thing.

Started buying their fresh coffee beans a year ago and will never go back to Supermarket ones now. Taste is incredible. Visited their new showroom in Ringwood last week, looks great! Will be treating myself to new bean to cup machine with you soon! Great to see a local company doing things properly!

Such a lovely place! The red velvet and white chocolate cookie was the best cookie I ever had!! Couldn’t recommend another place more 👏🏻
